Privacy and confidentiality at JYSK

Good marketing practice

We make an effort to observe current laws and regulations for good marketing at JYSK. This is why we only send newsletters to recipients who have subscribed to the newsletter. If you have received our newsletter without giving us your consent, the reason for this may be that a person, you know, has forwarded the newsletter to you. If this is not the case, we apologise for the mistake. Send us an e-mail at customerservice@jysk.com to unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of the mail, you received from us.

Personal information

If you wish to participate in the monthly draw with prizes from JYSK, please write your name, surname, address, post code and telephone number so we can notify you directly if you win.

We protect your personal information

We save your name, telephone number and your e-mail address in a database on a protected server. Only JYSK's web administrators have access to your information.
We also guarantee that we will not pass on or sell your e-mail address to other companies.

E-mail newsletters in HTML format

Our newsletters are sent out in HTML format. This means that there are pictures, graphics and formatted text in our newsletters. If you wish to view these pictures and graphics, your e-mail program needs to be able to show HTML. If your program only shows text, you will not be able to see the content of our newsletter. You can use the link at the top of the newsletter instead. When you click this link, a web format will pop up.
