Exchanges at JYSK

We always exchange articles with a smile. We don’t impose a time limit on our exchanges. But you must return it with the original receipt, the article must be unopened, in its original packaging and in good condition.

 

 

Complaints

Should you have a specific complaint about faulty products purchased at JYSK, please bring the product and receipt back to your local JYSK store.

 

 

Price Guarantee

If you have purchased an item at JYSK but have seen it displayed at a lower price within 2 weeks of your purchase, we will refund you the difference with a JYSK gift card. This price guarantee is only valid for 14 days after your purchase. You must have the original receipt. This price guarantee is not valid on: garden furniture, end of season Christmas offers, discontinued products or display models.
