Quality-for-less

Through his chain of bed linen stores, Lars Larsen intended to sell quality products cheaper than his competitors. Buying in bulk and expanding was the strategy – to the benefit of the customers. This was, and still is, the key to the success of JYSK and has resulted in a unique company culture. At JYSK we’re plain-speaking, straightforward and down-to-earth in our interaction with our colleagues and also when dealing with our customers.

Goods and Customers are the Centre of Everything

At the heart of our business you will find our many great offers and, of course, our customers. Our concept is straight-forward: We buy our products in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers.

JYSK World-Wide

From the very beginning Mr. Larsen wanted JYSK to become a market leader. Since 1979, JYSK has evolved into an international organisation with 14.000 staff, stores in most European countries, the Middle East and Canada and a turnover of DKK 14 bn+.
